We collect the details you share with us to assess a claim: your name, phone number, email address, city, insurer name, policy number, claim number, the rejection or repudiation letter, and supporting documents such as hospital bills, discharge summaries, FIR copies, surveyor reports and prior correspondence with the insurer.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the website secure and functional.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to review your case, prepare representations, correspond with your insurer's grievance redressal officer, and where required, prepare a complaint before the Insurance Ombudsman or a consumer forum.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data or documents to any third party for marketing purposes.

Document storage

Documents uploaded through this website or shared over WhatsApp and email are stored securely and accessed only by the ClaimCare case team assigned to you. You may request deletion of your documents at any time by writing to contact@claimcare.in.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only where it is necessary to progress your case — for example, with your insurer, a TPA, the Insurance Ombudsman office, or an advocate you instruct — or where disclosure is required by law.

Your rights
