Nature of our service

ClaimCare is a claim assistance and documentation support service. We help policyholders understand rejection grounds, assemble evidence, draft representations and grievance letters, and escalate matters to the insurer's grievance redressal officer, the Insurance Ombudsman or an appropriate consumer forum.

We are not an insurance company, insurance broker, corporate agent, or a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Where litigation or formal legal representation is required, we may help you connect with an independent advocate whom you engage directly.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate and genuine documents and information. Any fabrication, suppression of material facts or misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of our engagement, and ClaimCare bears no liability for the consequences of such conduct.

You remain the claimant of record. Filings, declarations and settlements require your consent and, where applicable, your signature.

Fees

The initial case review is free. If we take up your matter, the applicable service fee, scope and timelines are shared with you in writing before work begins. No fee is charged without your prior confirmation.

No guarantee of outcome

Claim outcomes depend on policy terms, the facts of the case, evidence available and the decision of the insurer, Ombudsman or forum. ClaimCare does not guarantee approval, settlement amount or timeline.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCare's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
